孟菲斯华人社区中心组织上受大孟菲斯华人联合会（大孟联）领导，财政上初期受大孟联资助，但需逐步过渡到自负盈亏。中心独立开展活动。

The Memphis Chinese Community Center is organizationally led by the Greater Memphis United Chinese Association (GMUCA), and financially initially funded by the GMUCA, but it needs to gradually transition to self-financing. The center operates independently.

华人社区中心的宗旨是为大孟菲斯地区的全体华人提供一个健身娱乐和联谊的活动场所， 但由于资源限制，目前中心的活动项目主要侧重老年华人，儿童进入中心需家长陪同和看护。目前中心提供下列活动项目：乒乓球，桌球 ，麻将，象棋，围棋，扑克，唱歌，跳舞，看电视，喝茶聊天，专题讲座等。

The mission of the Chinese Community Center is to provide a venue for fitness, entertainment and friendship for all Chinese in the greater Memphis area. However, due to resource constraints, the current activities of the center mainly focus on Chinese and children need to be accompanied and cared for by their parents when entering the center. Currently the center provides the following activities: table tennis, billiards, mahjong, chess, go, poker, singing, dancing, watching TV,  tea time and chatting, special seminars, etc.

社区中心对全社会开放，但不具备青少年和儿童娱乐的资源。我们正在考虑补充有关资源。谢谢您的理解和合作。

Community centers are open to the general public, but do not have the resources to entertain teens and children. We are considering additional resources. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

中心开放时间为每周两天：周六，周日 (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM)。

目前中心的服务对象以中老年人为主， 不具备提供青少年和儿童娱乐的人力物力。为了孩子的安全，也为了不影响他人的活动，我们暂时谢绝18 岁以下的孩子入内。谢谢您的理解和合作。

老年人中心将实行年度会员制或临时会员制。凡居住在大孟菲斯地区年龄在50岁以上的华人，自愿填写会员登记表， 均可成为会员。

50岁以下的华人也可以group的方式协商使用中心，但需事先与中心联系，并以与老年人活动无冲突为前提。

注：为了鼓励大家充分体验社区中心的各种娱乐活动， 我们决定初期阶段暂不收费，即无须办理会员登记， 但必须签署“免责协议”。  

华人社区中心守则

温馨提示：进门不要求戴口罩

• 保持室内清洁，请勿乱扔垃圾。

• 保持文明环境，请勿大声喧哗。

• 爱惜公物，使用设备轻拿轻放。

• 自觉使用厕所，随时自行清理。

• 尊重他人，自觉轮流使用麻将，台球， 乒乓球等器材，如有人排队等候， 每人每次上场不得超过30 分钟。

• 卡拉OK，自娱自乐，轮流演唱，每人每次只限点一首歌， 并且不经本人同意， 他人不得擅自加入合唱。

• 严禁抽烟，喝酒，吸毒以及任何形式的赌博。

• 鼓励聊天，严禁政治， 宗教，种族， 地域歧视等话题或辩论，严禁任何买卖交易，严禁一切侮辱性和攻击性语言及行为。

• 尊重志愿者，与值班人员合作并听从其安排或劝告。
